Cricket Customer Service Representative

We are a Cricket authorized dealer currently seeking highly motivated Store Associate.
The ideal candidates are friendly, honest, possess great customer service and sales skills, good communication skills, and are self motivated. Position includes but not limited to selling cell phones and accessories, troubleshoot cell phones, maintain a clean store, doing customer service as well as other duties.
Required Work Skills:
o Strong interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communications.
o Outgoing, professional, and friendly personality.
o Excellent customer service skills.
o Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and Outlook.
o Ability to think analytically and creatively.
o Be self-motivated, professional, and act with integrity at all times.
o Able to work any retail hours of operation per business need; including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
o A valid driver's license
o Be energetic and like working with people
o Well organized and a self starter
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Have reliable transportation
o Ability to Travel
o Flexible schedule
o High School Diploma or GED
o Have a desire to grow and advance with our company
