Trinidad Sales Floor Lead

Overview
Trinidad - Retail Sales Floor Lead Full Time The Sales Floor Lead is a subject matter expert on the Bud room sales floor providing product knowledge to every customer, patient and Budtender, and is responsible for explaining and educating the benefits of and differences between the products. The Sales Floor Lead must execute selling standards to meet individual and team sales goals and metrics by modeling a best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our customer's and patient's expectations. The Sales Floor Lead will drive sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and well merchandised store that is properly stocked well maintained. The Sales Floor Lead is responsible for supporting the Store management with all aspects of the daily retail operationsand to assist with technical leadership and direction to employees. The Sales Floor Lead will assist, guide and develop the Budtenders to ensure they have the ability to provide excellent customer service and achieve weekly sales goals. Work Experience - One and a half years of continuous work experience in a related industry or work environment. - One year retail sales proficiency in a complex, fast-paced retail environment required. - Solid and seamless work history with longevity of employment history with no gaps of unemployment longer than 3 months than cannot be reasonably explained. - Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements. - Demonstrates strong oral communication with customers, coworkers, and management, including effective presentation skills. - Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and superb cash management. - Ability to creatively cultivate long-term customer relationships. - Ability to deal with difficult customer situations and resolve them in an efficient professional manner. - Strong work ethic with team player mentality and positive can-do attitude. Working Requirements - Regular and on-time attendance. - Able to use a computer while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. - Must commit to scheduling expectations to include weekend, evening, and holiday shifts with location changes. - Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week. - Reliable transportation. - Colorado state resident. Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - College degree preferred. - Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
